Warhammer Escalation Campaign Spring 2026
In April, we'll be starting our Warhammer 40,000 Escalation Campaign! In this 8-week league, you'll battle each other with increasing point totals, growing from 500 points to full 2,000 point armies! Creative work and storytelling are encouraged!

Whispers have arisen of a shard of Tzeentch, scattered when the chaos god of change chose to destroy themselves rather than win the Great Game to prolong the fun, being hidden within a stuffed animal on an obscure planet no longer inhabited by the Imperium in a backwater galaxy. While they are just rumors, the possibility of securing such a shard, either to claim the power for yourself or destroy, is great enough to justify sending a small deployment. Such power might even be worth making unlikely allies in your quest for the plush…
This league will begin at 500 points or Combat Patrol, with the ability to have battles of more and more points each week. Points will be awarded for playing games, winning battles, creative works (like stories, art, and kitbashes) and playing with newly-painted units. This league is an opportunity to participate in our community, get some games in, express yourself, and tell stories about your army!
Week 1 (5/3/25): Introduction (500 points/Combat Patrol)
Players will sign up, name their armies and characters, and compete in some smaller-scale skirmishes.
Week 2 (5/10/26): 500 points/Combat Patrol
Week 3 (5/17/26): 750 points (note: for this and future weeks, the points total listed is the maximum. While you get an additional achievement point for playing a game at the highest point total possible to encourage the feeling of escalating your army over time, you can play fewer points in your games if you and your opponent prefer/don’t have additional units.)
Week 4 (5/24/26): 1000 points
Week 5 (5/31/26): 1250 points
Week 6 (6/7/26): 1500 points
Week 7 (6/14/26): 1750 points
Week 8 (6/21/26): 2000 points
NOTE: Although our designated league nights will be on Sundays, you can schedule games around our store calendar to get additional games in! Be sure to use our Discord #play-space-meet-up-table-request channel.
Achievement points:
You get 2 points for playing in a game, and an additional 3rd for winning.
You get 1 point for playing a game at the highest point total available on that week.
You get 2 points for playing a game with a newly-painted unit/model.
You get 3 points for making a piece of art about your army and its battles (digital, canvas, written, kitbash to show a battle scar or trophy, any kind of creative expression)
A maximum of 5 points can be earned each week.
Prizes:
5 points - 1 Ghost brush
10 points - 1 pot of paint
15 points - 1 box of models worth at most 70 dollars or up to $70 in store credit
25 points - 1 bottle of plastic glue
Past 25 points? Keep going, we may award random prizes based on total points!
