BGE VIP Membership Program

Below is an outline of our VIP Membership program.

BGE VIP Tier 1 - $12.99 or $129.99/year

• Priority Access to Hot Products

• 5% discounts in our store on physical products (store credit cannot be used for these discounts)

ID Verification

To ensure the integrity of the program and keep things running smoothly, we might ask for ID when you’re using your membership perks—just until we get to know you better!

Priority Access to Hot Products:

• BGE VIP members will have priority access to new, limited, or highly sought-after products.

• We’ll reserve 10–15% of each hot product release specifically for VIPs. While this doesn’t guarantee availability, it significantly improves your chances of snagging what you want!

• Please keep in mind that there will also be per-person limits on product.

• We will make these available through our website and will be post in our Discord channel exclusive to BGE VIP members.

Complimentary Play Space Access

Never pay the play space fee again! If any event requires a play space fee to attend, you won’t ever have to pay it. For example, if you join us for Wednesday Night Commander, you will not be required to pay the $5 play space fee to join. Another example is if you join us for our Dungeons & Dragons nights that require an $8 fee ($5 play space fee + $3 credit for your DM), you will only be required to pay the $3 fee. 

Any special codes to sign-up online will be made available in our private Discord channel for VIP members. These codes should not be shared and used by non-members, or it may result in your membership being terminated and losing your spot in the event.

2 Complimentary Rentals from our Board Game Library a Month

Each month you will receive two complimentary board game rentals. You will be able to check out one of our games from our board game library twice a month for free. The rental should be returned within one week.

5% Discounts in our Store on Physical Products

You will receive 5% off all of our products available in the store. Simply let us know you are a BGE VIP and we will look up your account and apply a 5% discount on all physical items during your checkout.

Receive an Extra 5% Store Credit for Any Trade-ins

If you trade in any single cards to our store, you will receive an additional 5% in store credit for your trade ins.

4 Complimentary Rentals from our Board Game Library a Month

Each month you will receive four complimentary board game rentasl. You will be able to check out one of our games from our board game library four times a month for free. The rental should be returned within one week.

Attend One Event a Month for Free (up to $10 event)

Attend one of any of our events a month for free. Simply reach out to us about which event you would like to attend and we will provide a coupon code to redeem for your event. Some events only require and RSVP and payment when you attend, in this case we will apply the discount at check out in the store.

7% Discounts in our Store on Physical Products

You will receive 7% off all of our products available in the store. Simply let us know you are a BGE VIP and we will look up your account and apply a 7% discount on all physical items or events during your checkout.

Whole-Order Pricing + 10%:

• Premium members gain access to our distributor-level pricing, with a 10% surcharge to cover processing fees, distributor fees, and shipping fees.

• Members must pre-order their products before the distributor deadline to take advantage of this pricing.

• Fulfillment is contingent on our distributor filling our initial order; if our initial order isn’t fulfilled, the member won’t be charged.

Payment Terms for Pre-Orders:

• Members will be charged either:

• When our distributor confirms allocations with us, OR

• When we are charged by the distributor for the product.

• This ensures transparency and fairness in the ordering process.

Order Limits:

• To maintain fairness and consistency, members must order a minimum of $300 and are limited to a maximum of $500 worth of product at a time until they establish a strong relationship with the store.

• As trust builds over time, these limits may be increased at the discretion of BGE's Tabletop management.

Membership Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Notice:

• Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Members may cancel their membership at any time, but cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following period.

2. Reactivation Fee:

• Members who cancel their membership and wish to reactivate it within 90 days will be charged a $15 reactivation fee in addition to their first payment upon rejoining. This ensures fairness to our loyal members who maintain their subscriptions.

3. Membership Rejoining Restriction:

• After canceling, members who wish to rejoin will need to wait 30 days before they can sign up again unless they pay the reactivation fee.

4. Annual and Monthly Memberships:

• Annual and monthly memberships are non-refundable once payment has been made. If you choose to cancel an annual or monthly membership before it expires, your benefits will remain active for the remainder of the paid term, and you will not receive a refund for unused periods.

5. Hot Product Reservation Limitation:

• Members who repeatedly cancel and reactivate their membership may lose access to priority product reservations for the first 30 days after rejoining. This ensures that consistent members receive fair access to limited items.

6. Communication of Changes:

• If you decide to cancel your membership, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Your benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
