    Sold out?

If our punch card is currently sold out, be sure to return to our events page and join our waitlist.

How do we sign up and get started?

IMPORTANT: Because coordinating DMs, schedules, players, and our store calendar is a juggling act it is important you check with us to ensure we have a space for you before purchasing your punch card.

Purchase a 5-session punch card for the D&D sessions by selecting the campaign in the dropdown menu. See above what campaigns we currently have available.

We will track your punches in our system in the store.

What if we cannot make it to a session?

If you cannot make it to a session, no worries! You will not lose a punch, unless it is your first session. We ask that your reservation for the first session serves as a deposit for your punch card. This way we can ensure that we can have a DM available to start the campaign. Otherwise, if you miss a future session you can carry over your punches to future D&D campaigns hosted by other DMs.

And if you do not plan to continue with our D&D sessions in the future you can also redeem the punch as store credit too!

If we have to cancel a session for whatever reason on our end, we will offer you a full refund for that session ($19.99). Or if you prefer, you can choose to apply your punch to a future session or redeem it as store credit.

    Things to Keep in Mind

    • Liability Waiver: Parents will need to sign a liability waiver if they would like to leave their child here during the sessions.
    • Player Counts: We will require three players per campaign. If we do not have at least three players we cannot start the campaign. We will continue to communicate with you and inform you when we have enough players for the campaign. Our D&D for Kids sessions are limited to 5 players.
    • Age appropriateness: We keep our D&D campaigns for kids mild-mannered. However, please keep in mind there is fighting and sometimes violent encounters in the game: "Encounters often take the form of battles with "monsters" – a generic term used in D&D to describe potentially hostile beings such as animals, aberrant beings, or mythical creatures (Wikipedia)."
    • Three Strikes Rule: Players will have three strikes for following instructions of our staff. The first one is a warning, the second one is a chat with the parent/guardian and/or Dustin (store manager/owner), and the third one is a break from the store.

    Who are our DMs?

    Matthew

Matthew J. Walsh is a professional DM and player with experience in leading teams through cooperative tabletop game experiences. With a background in art, theatre, and working with children, Matthew has shown an excellent balance of patience and experience to keep players captivated and excited. By capturing what makes tabletop games fun and exciting, Matthew allows his players to have agency and find creative solutions to fantasy troubles.

    Ashley

Ashley Thomas is a fresh new face to the world of Tabletop Roleplaying games, as well as to that of being a Dungeon Master. The motto for her table is: “Let’s learn it together”. Ashley’s professional background in mental health (children & adults) has blended with her current passion of utilizing creativity, imagination and game-based learning to teach concepts such as mindfulness and positive coping skills. Ashley shares an eagerness to facilitate collaborative storytelling and an earnest desire to create a safe, engaging, inclusive and fun adventuring atmosphere for all.

    Todd

Todd has been running games of Dungeons and Dragons since 2010. Beginning their journey with D&D, Todd also enjoys Call of Cthulhu, Shadowrun, Fiasco, and other tabletop role playing games.Todd loves a good mystery, and their favorite part of running RPGs is giving players exactly what they asked for (typically in the most convoluted way possible.) Primarily serving as a Dungeon Master, when they aren’t behind the screen, Todd loves playing out whatever hijinks a Warlock or Rogue can get themselves into.

Dustin (Dustin will not be hosting campaigns for the upcoming campaigns)

Dustin is the owner of BGE's Tabletop and has been using game-based learning and gamification in his career as an educator from the very first year he stepped into a classroom in South Korea. Since then, creating engaging environments for learning and developing soft skills has become his passion-- hence the game store! He has been DM-ing for a couple of years and introduces new players to D&D every week!
